Work we've done. Problems we've solved.

A look at real engagements — the context, the challenge, our approach, and what the team experienced on the other side. Written without hyperbole.

Girma Organics project
Food & Beverage / Consumer Goods

Girma Organics

Every part of running the business leaned on manual coordination. Orders and inventory were tracked by hand, vendor and customer communication lived in scattered email threads, and there was no storefront through which new customers could actually find and buy the products. The operation worked at neighborhood scale precisely because it couldn't reach past it — there was no system in place to take, fulfill, and support orders beyond the local circle, and no room to grow without the manual load growing with it.

Taylor Tax Prep

Each tool solved one problem and created another. Client data and interactions were spread across platforms that didn't talk to each other, so managing a growing customer base meant jumping between systems and reconciling information by hand. The sprawl was its own tax — more logins, more moving parts, and more that could fall through the cracks as volume climbed. DJ & Event Services

Finessional Events LLC

There was no reliable way to capture what a crowd was asking for in the moment, and no way for guests to see that their request had landed. For a business trying to grow its footprint, each event's audience effectively disappeared the moment it ended.

Logistics / Amazon Delivery Services

Catalyst Amazon DSP

As the operation scaled, the manual coordination model became a bottleneck. Dispatchers were spending time answering individual driver questions that could have been handled systematically, and incident documentation was inconsistent — making it difficult to track patterns or meet Amazon’s reporting requirements.

Sycamore Ridge HOA project
Community Association Management

Sycamore Ridge HOA

Residents in the community frequently needed everyday IT help — setting up devices, sorting out email and passwords, connecting to Wi-Fi, spotting scams — and had nowhere consistent to turn, so those requests landed on board members and the property manager who weren't equipped to resolve them. At the same time, the facility's network and security system had no dedicated oversight: no one clearly owned patching, monitoring, or responding when the cameras, door access, or clubhouse Wi-Fi went down. The board had limited visibility into what was breaking, how often, or whether the systems residents relied on were actually secure.
